Robots

In our shop, we will assemble, test, and debug all systems. We will then invite you to visit us, inspect your equipment, and suggest or request any needed changes. Only after we receive your final approval, we will disassemble, ship, and re-assemble at your facility.

 

There are many things to consider when a robot is going to be utilized to automate a system. The size, reach, and capacity are all very important factors. Our engineers will aid you in the selection that is right for you. We can also custom build the tool that will fit your specific application.

Brands We Provide

A robotic system consists of several components:

Manipulator

This is the name assigned to the arm or body. The manipulator consists of multiple joints called axes. Gear or belt driven forces generated by a numerically controlled servo motor allows rotary movement of each axis.

Tool

The manipulator itself cannot do the work, it needs a tool that allows it to perform the job it has been programmed to perform. Common tools are grippers, welding torch, spray nozzles, vacuums, among other.

Controller

This is the brain of the system. This is where all the information is stored. Here is where the program is generated and stored. The manipulator learns its moving path and commands from the controller.

Teach Pendant

This is the component used to allow human/machine interaction. Through the teach pendant, the program will be created, stored, and copied. Adjustments and modifications to the operation of the manipulator also come through the teach pendant.
