Eliminate Overburden and Overexertion

When workers are pushed beyond reasonable limits, the result is always diminishing performance. Inefficiency leads to increased cost. Your new equipment will be designed to take away strenuous work from your human workforce while reducing and/or improving your Tact time.

Eliminate Inconsistency and Variation

Inconsistency and Variation is the enemy of competitiveness and profitability. Quality suffers when variation is introduced, and cost increase when quality suffers. Robots excel in repetitiveness; they are very reliable and efficient at repetitive task. Employing one in your process is an undisputable way to increase profit and reduce cost.

Eliminate Wasted Time and Materials

In manufacturing, excessive cycle time, defective parts, and rework can be viewed as waste since these increase the cost it takes to produce without adding value. When designing your application, we will take into consideration your current defect ratios, current cycle times, and scrap percentage.

Focused on this, a design will be generated to improve upon these. Your equipment will be custom built based on your specific dimensions, application and specific needs.

ROBOTIC CELLS

There are many different styles of cells. Available floor space is something we will take into consideration when designing your cell. Robotic cells can either be anchored directly to the floor or can be built on platforms that can either be partially or fully enclosed. Also, depending of the specifics of your application and depending on your production quantity requirements the cells could consist of single or multiple robots. Fencing can be combined with other methods to avoid unauthorized entrance into the robots area that could be potentially dangerous. Whether your selection be single or multiple, floor or platform mounted it will be your choice of what material is used. We generally utilize aluminum railing material with mesh panels to create a fencing barrier around the robot. In welding application it may be necessary to install darken plexi-glass to protect workers nearby from harmful UV rays. Fixed and retractable curtains are another option that offers protection to operators and by-passers. Robots
