President’s Message

In September 2011, we established ourselves with the purpose of providing welding related equipment and jigs to auto-parts manufacturers. We have been in business in Japan for over 40 years, and are now progressing to expand in the United States.

Our aim is to be a company that can provide resistance welding, arc welding, robot transport systems, etc., at high quality and low cost with quick delivery time.

Corporate History
  • 1969 –   Takao Yamada establishes Nagoya Welding Service Co., Ltd.

Started business with sales of new and used welders and provided maintenance services.

  • 1983 –   Company name changed to Nagoya Wel Co., Ltd.

Begins design and manufacture of automatic welding equipment and related equipment.

  • 1999 –   Masanobu Sugimoto gets inaugurated as Representative Director.
  • 2001 – Hideo Umezawa gets inaugurated as President/Representative Director.
  • 2007 –   New building for the Head Office is completed.
  • 2011 –   Nagoya Wel U.S., Inc. is established in Huntsville, AL.

  • 2014 –    New office and warehouse for Nagoya Wel U.S., Inc. is completed.
Future Plans

It is in our plans to acquire the skills and the experience to be capable of designing, building, fabricating, and manufacturing all projects here in the United States.
